By completing your registration and submitting payment, you confirm your participation as a sponsor, vendor, or supporting partner and agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to creating a professional, collaborative, and inspiring experience, and we value the role you play in helping bring that vision to life.
By securing your participation, you acknowledge and agree that:
Insurance Clause: Vendor/Sponsor is responsible for maintaining appropriate business liability insurance.
Indemnification Clause: Vendor/Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Animal Image Makers™, its officers, staff, volunteers, and venue partners from any claims arising from Vendor participation.
Cancellation by Vendor/Sponsor: Vendor/Sponsor cancellation does not guarantee refund; resale of space or sponsored portion of the event is at the discretion of AIM.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this agreement and serves as a binding contract between Vendor/Sponsor and Animal Image Makers™.
