Join the Animal Image Makers conference trade show! Saturday, April 16, 2022 the doors will be open to all registrants as well as the public. Bring your products to show off so attendees can see and feel them, and you can answer questions live and in person.

All vendor partners will receive an email list of all opt-in attendees after the conference. Your company logo and website link will be on the Animal image Makers Trade Show webpage.

All Animal Image Makers attendees will receive a bag containing conference information and goodies from vendors. Most attendees will carry this bag with them throughout the conference and continue using it once they are home. Speaker Sponsor - Contact us for details

Speaker sponsorships are a great way to help the organization bring in top educators while having your logo and/or products prominently displayed on the speaker’s Animal Image Makers website page. In addition, we will include your information in the live speaker intro and closing while displaying your logo and website. We can also add a sign and/or products to the speaker's set during their program.

Easter Egg Hunt - NO CHARGE!

Yep, that's right - AIM is taking place Easter weekend. We had the "Pandemic Pivot" in 2019 and had to quickly select new dates to push the 2019 contract out. We didn't realize it was the same weekend, so we're going with it and making it fun! The Easter Egg Hunt will be a fun way for adults to embrace their inner child and hunt for fun prizes inside the eggs. Some may be great, others may be duds. If you have fabulous or semi-fabulous items you'd like to include, we'd love for you to take part! We have about 1500 eggs to stuff... Send your prizes by April 1 to:

All conference attendees and speakers will be required to wear their badge throughout the weekend. Sponsored lanyards will be given to each attendee to wear with their badge. Include your logo for visibility all weekend!
